Unauthorized commercial use of those marks—including in a domain or subdomain, product or app name, landing page, advertising, metadata, paid-search keyword, redirect, or social media profile—in a way that suggests ownership, official affiliation, endorsement, or control is prohibited and constitutes trademark infringement and a violation of applicable law. We reserve all rights and remedies, including takedown requests, injunctive relief, damages, recovery of costs, and termination of any related account or affiliate relationship.
